All growth involves some level of discomfort. But the discomfort is short-lived. The growth is forever.

Don’t be too cool to work hard at what you want.

Try new things. Stop resisting. Just because you always did things a certain way, does not mean you can’t change those things.

Example: I always shoot with my hands on the side of the ball. You might want to change that.

I always wait until the last minute to do homework.

You might want to change that.

All you really have is this very moment. Don’t miss your moment.
